You will shortly receive an email with the payment request sent to the email address you provided. This will contain all relevant information. You can choose from the following options: Credit card, PayPal, Bank transfer. Please always include the invoice number and/or the domain name when making the transfer.

You only pay the one-time purchase price – there are no additional or hidden fees.
Ongoing domain fees (e.g. charged by your provider) only apply after the domain has been transferred to the provider of your choice.

Once the payment has been received, you can retrieve your domain’s auth code. You then need to provide this auth code to your provider so that they can initiate the domain transfer. Please note that the process may vary depending on the domain extension.

All prices and bids are quoted as net prices and are subject to any applicable VAT (Value Added Tax). EU customers with a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID) and foreign non-EU customers will only be charged the net amount (price excluding VAT). For EU customers without a valid VAT ID and Austrian customers, the gross amount (price including VAT) will be charged.

Examples: Do you have your business registered in Germany and a valid VAT ID? Then you will be charged the net amount (price excluding VAT). Are you registered in Germany and do not have a valid VAT ID? Then you will be charged the net amount plus 19% VAT. Are you registered in Austria? Then you will be charged the net amount plus 20% VAT.
